Bike building procedure
After your bike is built and completely QCed, it's broken down enough to fit into a shippable size box.
When you receive your bike you will need to attach the bar assembly to the stem, and secure the
front plate (click here for
printable instruction sheet). The front wheel will also need to be
installed, as well as the seat/seat post assembly and
pedals, and the front brake QR will need to be
moved to the closed position.
If you have any doubts about your ability to install and/or adjust
these components, please take the bike to a trusted professional bicycle mechanic.
The safety and
ultimate riding pleasure of the bike depend on correct assembly. If you have any questions, feel free
to
contact us.

Also, there's a short video below that walks you through the build process.

Framesets
Framesets include the frame, fork, headset, seat binder and bottle cage bolts, and come complete
with the fork crown race and star nut installed. The remainder of the headset parts are hand fitted
printable instruction sheet).

If you have any questions, feel free to
contact us.
