Shipping and handling USA
Shipping rates are based on order size. We generally use FedEx
as our preferred shipper, although we also use USPS for some
smaller shipments when the delivery time is faster.

Hawaii and Alaska shipping via USPS
Note: All rates quoted are via Priority Mail (generally 2- 3 day delivery), except:
* Express Shipping (faster and less expensive than Priority for frame sets)
** Parcel post: due to box dimensions, complete bikes ship via Parcel Post. Allow up to 10 days for delivery
APO addresses: We can ship complete bikes to APO addresses
where the the post office is equipped to handle oversized packages.
Please contact us for rates. Typical delivery time is 2- 9 days for
bikes and frame sets.
International (outside of USA)
We can ship virtually anywhere in the world, using either FedEx or USPS. For frames or complete bikes, we use only FedEx (except for
Hawaii, Alaska, and some APO addresses, see above). Click here to see the procedures for shipments going outside of the USA.
Typically, the travel time for international shipments is approximately 1 week, but it can vary depending on the country being shipped
to and the Customs Departments in those countries. At the time of shipment an e-mail is automatically generated and sent to you
confirming that the package has been shipped, and providing you with a tracking number that you can use to see the progress of
your shipment.
Return postage
Return postage is to be paid by the customer, unless the product
being returned is deemed to be defective or was mis-shipped.
Please see our warranty information for details. No CODs will be
accepted.
Shipping time line
In-stock items will normally ship within 24 business hours (for
complete bikes, allow 2 business days). For ground shipments in the US allow
5- 7 business days shipping time, depending on shipping zone.
Sales tax
Sales tax will be charged on CA orders only, at 8.25% (9.75% for Los Angeles county deliveries).
