Warranties and Returns
All Wabi Cycles framesets are warrantied for the life of
the original owner against defects in materials or
workmanship, and all parts and accessories are
warrantied for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you
do need to return an item to us:
• Using a good carton, return package via insured US
Mail or other Parcel Carrier of your choice. (Wabi Cycles
will refund the actual ground shipping costs to return
defective merchandise or to return merchandise due to
a mis-shipment).
• Click on the link below to download and print a
Returns Form to fill out and include with your return.
• Send returns to:

We do not accept CODs
• Keep a record of any shipment until you have received
credit or replacement merchandise.
